Ingredients For coconut pecan sauce

1 - 14 ozcan eagle brand sweetened condensed milk

2egg yolks, beaten
-
1/4 cbutter
-
1/2 cflaked coconut
-
1/2 cchopped pecans

1 tspvanilla extract
How To Make coconut pecan sauce

1In a heavy saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk,egg yolks and butter. Over medium heat, cook and stir until thickened and bubbly, about 8 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients.

2Serve warm over ice cream or cake. To reheat, in a small saucepan, combine desired amount of sauce with small amount of water. Over low heat until heated through.
