Ingredients For coconut & nut frosting

  • 1 can
    evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c
    sugar or splenda sugar
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar or splenda brown sugar
  • 3
    egg yolks
  • 1 c
    butter or light margarine
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 c
    coconut
  • 1 c
    chopped, nuts or pecans

How To Make coconut & nut frosting

  • 1
    Boil first four ingredients on medium heat for 12 minutes.

    Let cool then add last three ingredients. Delicious on any cakes. (Look at diabetic evaporated milk for diabetic) I put two evaporated milk for diabetic recipes on this websit.
