Ingredients For chive dressing and chili sauce for cold noodles

chive dressing: 1/4 cup of chives, minced

dash of salt

2 tbsp oil, vegetable

chili sauce: 1/4 cup hot chili powder

1 tsp fresh garlic, minced

1 tbsp soya sauce

1/2 tsp salt, sea

1/4 cup oil, vegetable
How To Make chive dressing and chili sauce for cold noodles

1Chive Dressing: Add the minced chives to a small bowl with a pinch of salt and stir. In a small pot heat the oil and pour the hot oil over the chives and salt mixture.

2Chili Sauce: In a small pan, heat the oil. In a medium size bow, add all the remaining ingredients. Pour the hot oil over the chili mixture. As the oil cools, mix it into the mixture.

3Serve in small bowls and place on table with noodles and other dishes. You will find many uses for the lovely oil and sauce.
