Dad grilled thick cut pork chops at the cottage in Eagle River and I was hooked. This makes such a great flavored chop...you could use it on any other meat, but I loved this on pork. Dad is such a great grill master, you can't go wrong with one of his recipes!

1/2 jarpace salsa with chipotle

2handfulls, pineapple chunks

1peach

pineapple juice from chunks

santa fe seasoning
How To Make chipotle baste

1Chop the peach and pineapple bits well. Add salsa until there are very few chunks left. Add only enough juice to get the right texture and flavor. Use on pork chops or chicken by sprinkling one side with santa fe seasoning and adding this to the opposite side when the meat is fully cooked.
