Ok I love this sauce whenever I get chinese food, especially with my egg rolls with some of that hot mustard (yeah I know I'm silly but that's what I like ya know,lol).

1 Tbspdry white wine

3 Tbspwine vinegar

2 Tbspcornstarch

1/2 cwater
How To Make chinese sweet and sour sauce

1Combine sugar,soy sauce,wine,vinegar, and catsup in saucepan, bring to a boil.

2Dissolve cornstarch in water, add to sauce. Cook over low heat, stirring until sauce has thickened.
