This recipe is from a Chinese cooking class that I took years ago. It's very simple and will keep indefinitely in the refrigerator.

Ingredients For chili oil

1 ccorn oil

1/4 chot chilies, ground or crushed

2 Tbspsesame oil
How To Make chili oil

1Heat the corn oil in a wok until it smokes.

2Add the chilies.

3Stir for 1 minute.

4Turn off heat and set aside until it's cooled.

5Strain through a coffee filter.

6Add sesame oil.
