Can be used for many different dishes when requiring a cheese sauce.

Ingredients For cheese sauce

1 Tbspunsalted (real) butter

1 Tbspall purpose flour

1/2 tspdry mustard (coleman's)

1 cmilk

3/4 cshredded cheese of your choice

1/4 tspsalt

1/8 tsppepper
How To Make cheese sauce

1Mix milk and flour together until well mixed with no lumps. Whilst milk is still cold.

2Place in pot and then add all remaining ingredients. Bring on heat and as mixture starts to get hot it will thicken up to a nice consistency. If it gets a bit too thick on you add a bit of milk until you find the right consistency.
