    red onions
  • 1/4 c
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • and salt pepper to taste

How To Make caramelized red onions

    In a large saute pan saute onions until cooked and add yhe balsamic and brow sugar.

    Reduce heat to low and simmer until almost all theliquid is gone.

    Store in an air tight container for up to two weeks.
