Ingredients For butterscotch coffee creamer

  • 3/4 c
    butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 c
    half-and-half
  • 1 can
    (10 oz./300 ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground himalayan pink salt
  • 1/2 c
    milk (1% or 2 %), or as needed

How To Make butterscotch coffee creamer

  • 1
    In a double boiler over medium-low heat, add butterscotch chips and cover with half-and-half. Stir until the chips are completely melted.

    Remove from the heat and add sweetened condensed milk, salt and pure vanilla extract; stir until blended.

    Slowly pour in milk, stirring constantly, until desired consistency.

    Pour the creamer in a jar or container and transfer to the fridge until needed.
