2 Tbsptellicherry peppercorns, coarsely ground

1 Tbspkosher salt

1 Tbsponion flakes, dehydrated

1 Tbspgarlic, dehydrated

1 Tbspred or green bell pepper, dehydrated

1 tsporegano, dried

1 tspparsley flakes

1/2 tspthyme, dried

1/4 tsprosemary, dried

pinchcinnamon

pinchfreshly grated nutmeg
How To Make butcher's rub

1Measure all ingredients into a container and shake until thoroughly blended. Store in cool dry place. Sprinkle on meat prior to grilling. If your dehydrated ingredients are too large, give them a whirl in your food processor for a couple of seconds.
