Ingredients For bulleit bourbon bbq sauce

  • 2 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 1 c
    red onion chopped
  • 2 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    better than beef bouillon
  • 1/4 c
    bulleit bourbon
  • 24 oz
    tomato sauce

How To Make bulleit bourbon bbq sauce

    In a large saucepan add the oil and saute the red onion, garlic and salt until onion is softened. Add the beef bouillon stir to dissolve the paste. Add the tomato sauce and bourbon.

    Reduce heat to a simmer and simmer about 40 minutes. Stirring occasionally

    Place in jars and put in water bath for 15 minutes. Or you can refrigerate it for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
