Ingredients For black peppercorn alfredo sauce

  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 clove
    garlic, crushed
  • 1 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 c
    parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    peppercorns, cracked

How To Make black peppercorn alfredo sauce

  • 1
    Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add the cream and simmer for 5 minutes. Add garlic and cheese, and whisk together.

    Slowly raise the heat to medium and add the parsley and peppercorns. Cook until fragrant, about 5 minutes.

    Serve over the pasta of your choice.
