If I am making something other than Theresa's BBQ Ribs (yes, in JAP), I tend to make this sauce instead. While both are good, Theresa's ribs sit on top of the onions while cooking, so I need not add onions. This sauce is fantastic, lasts a long time if stored in the fridge, and gives me the homemade taste reminiscent of Theresa's ribs!

1/2 tsppepper

1 1/2 cketchup

3/4 cvinegar

2drops hot pepper sauce

1Saute onion in oil until soft. Add remaining ingredients, cook 15 min. Keeps indefinitely in fridge.
