Ingredients For basic chimichurri

1 cpacked fresh parsley

1 cpacked fresh cilantro

1/4 cwhite wine vinegar

4garlic cloves, chopped

1/2 tspkosher salt

1/2 tspcrushed red pepper flakes

1/2 colive oil
How To Make basic chimichurri

1In a food processor (or blender) add all ingredients, except the olive oil, and blend until chopped up finely.

2Through the small opening of your food processor (or blender), slowly stream in the olive oil while the processor/blender is running. Do this until the mixture is a smooth consistency.
