balsamic glaze
I was making a salmon dish that called for Balsamic Glaze, but did not include a recipe. I found one I thought would work and adjusted it to my needs. It worked for me!

Ingredients For balsamic glaze

1 cbalsamic vinegar

1/2 Tbsphoney or agave
How To Make balsamic glaze

1Pour 1 cup balsamic vinegar into a saucepan and add the honey (or agave).

2Bring to a low boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 12-15 minutes. Stir occasionally until reduced by half and lightly coats the back of a spoon.

3It will thicken some as it cools. Pour into a mason jar or air-tight container, let cool to room temperature then refrigerate for several weeks.
