    avocado
  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/3 c
    hot water
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • salt and pepper

How To Make avocado hollandaise

  • 1
    Place the avocado, lemon juice and hot water in a food processor. With the processor on drizzle in the olive oil and process until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over poached eggs
