1 cwhite vinegar

7 Tbspyellow mustard (prepared)

1 1/2 cred wine (chianti is best)

1 1/2 chot water

6 Tbspchili powder

6 Tbspground black pepper

4 Tbspgarlic salt

1/4 csugar

3 Tbsptabasco sauce
How To Make arizona bbq sauce

1Add all ingredients to a large heavy saucepan (nonreactive) and whisk until blended.

2Heat over medium-high heat until mixture begins to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3Cool and store, covered, in refrigerator.
