Ingredients For amaretto glaze

1 1/2 clight brown sugar

1/2 choney
-
1/2 corange juice
-
1/3 camaretto liquor
How To Make amaretto glaze

1In a saucepan, stir together brown sugar, honey and orange juice.

2Simmer, stir frequently until sugar dissolves and glaze thickens.

3Remove from heat, stir in Amaretto.

4Place breads or cake on a rack which is placed over a rimmed pan to catch drips. You will use the glaze again.

5Pour glaze over breads or cake. Whatever drips off, pour over bread or cake again.
