This is a great sauce for many Italian dish options. Not like a spaghetti sauce it's more like a marinara. The flavors of the tomatoes are so fresh. Be sure to use the vinegar and sugar those are key. This recipe is just enough for 1 pan of lasagna. Our grandson is 7 and a lasagna connoisseur. He say's my lasagna is the best and he's had alot of lasagna in all of his 7 yrs.
