a simple and tasty horseradish sauce (sallye)

This is an amazingly easy recipe with simple ingredients, yet has a great taste for spooning over prime rib or grilled steaks. We've even used it as a sauce on grilled hamburgers before; it lends a more piquant taste than just mayonnaise. Try it and I think you will agree that it is a great addition to our meals.
