Ingredients For venison jerky marinade

  • 5 oz
    soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    onion powder
  • 3 1/2 oz
    liquid smoke flavoring

How To Make venison jerky marinade

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients together and add your favorite meat that you would like to make into jerky.

    Marinade at least 4hours in the fridge. I always mix it all and let it marinade at least 24hrs.
