This works for all kinds of meat, can be used right away but it's even better if this can set on the meat for an hour or more! This makes quite a bit so just store it in a cool place in your cabinet and use all grilling season!!!!

2 cbrown sugar

1/2 cwhite sugar

1/4 ccelery salt

2 Tbspdried thyme

2 Tbspgarlic powder

2 Tbsponion powder

4 Tbsplemon pepper seasoning

How To Make tommy's bbq dry rub

1Mix everything together and store in a jar.

2Rub on meat. The longer it sets on the meat the better. Make sure you keep meat in a cool place. If using on frozen meat, moisten outside of meat before using the rub. If you are cooking ribs make sure to season the back side of the ribs, you will be amazed at the flavor difference.
