Ingredients For teryaki sauce

  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 2 pinch
    ginger
  • 4 clove
    garlic
  • 1/2 bottle
    beer

How To Make teryaki sauce

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients in plastic bag. I use this mainly on lamb.
