From a friend who was stationed in Germany with me. Debbie Sills, thank you for your great receipe. A Home Made marinade.. soak any type of meat in it over night and grill. Wonderful Flavor. Use for basting during cooking

Ingredients For teriyaki marinade

1 tspwhole pepper corns

1/4 cvegetable oil

1/4 csoy sauce, dark

1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
2 Tbspbrown sugar

1/2 tspground ginger
How To Make teriyaki marinade

1Combine all ingredients and shake well.

2Place prepared meat in a container with a sealed lid and pour marinade over the meat. Soak for at least 2 hours but over night is best.. Grill and enjoy

3Note: Can be used for basting meats as they cook, great on chicken wings
