sweet and tangy salad dressing and marinade
This is one of my favorite homemade dressings/marinades. It's very versatile. It's great for pork, salmon, or chicken, and so delicious on salads that include fruit, you'll probably go back for a second helping!

4 Tbspapple cider vinegar

4 Tbsppancake syrup

3 Tbspgrainy stone ground mustard

How To Make sweet and tangy salad dressing and marinade

1Add all ingredients to a pint jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake vigorously to combine. (Or whisk together in a small bowl.)

2Refrigerate until ready to use as a marinade or to dress salad. Shake well before using. Refrigerate any unused portion; lasts almost indefinitely if kept refrigerated. (*Important! Discard any leftover portion that was used as a marinade.)
