This Marinade is great for any cut of meat or vegetables. I Marinade Steak overnight, Chicken 4 hours, Fish, an hour.The secret is the Pineapple Juice, it acts as anatural tenderizer. This makes a great Ham glaze.

4scallions chopped, green and white parts included

1Whisk to combine, let sit about a half an hour to marry flavors and develop marinade.

2Store covered in refrigerator. Marinade can also be reduced stove top to a thickened consistency to be used as a glaze on any meat including Ham!
