This Marinade is great for any cut of meat or vegetables. I Marinade Steak overnight, Chicken 4 hours, Fish, an hour.The secret is the Pineapple Juice, it acts as anatural tenderizer. This makes a great Ham glaze.

Ingredients For sweet and savory terryaki marinade

  • 1 c
    terryaki sauce
  • 1/4 c
    pineapple juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped ginger
  • 4
    scallions chopped, green and white parts included

How To Make sweet and savory terryaki marinade

    Whisk to combine, let sit about a half an hour to marry flavors and develop marinade.

    Store covered in refrigerator. Marinade can also be reduced stove top to a thickened consistency to be used as a glaze on any meat including Ham!

    I also dice and alternate my marinated meats with onions, peppers and diced pineapple to creat kabobs in the summertime for the grill.
