Ingredients For spicy asian marinade (for all seafood & poultry)

  • 2 Tbsp
    finely minced ginger
  • 1/4 c
    minced green onions
  • 2 Tbsp
    finely chopped cilantro sprigs
  • 1 Tbsp
    finely minced lime zest
  • 1/4 c
    freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 c
    hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 c
    white or red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    honey
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce, low sodium
  • 2 tsp
    hot sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    cooking oil

    Mix all together in non-reactive bowl, stir well.
