4 tspsalt

2 tsppaprika

1 tsponion powder

1 tspwhite pepper
-
1 tspthyme, dried

1/2 tspcayenne pepper

1/2 tspblack pepper

1/2 tspgarlic powder
How To Make rotisserie chicken rub

1Mix all seasonings together.

2Remove and discard giblets from chicken.
Rinse and pat dry with paper towel. -
3Rub chicken inside and out with spice mixture.
Place chicken in resealable bag. -
4Refrigerate 4-6 hours or overnight before cooking.
