1/4 clemon juice, freshly squeezed

1/4 ctamari sauce or liquid aminos

1 clovegarlic, minced

1 Tbspcoconut sugar

2 tspdijon mustard, i prefer grey poupon

1 tsponion powder

1/2 tspdried oregano

white pepper, freshly ground, to taste

2Mix all the ingredients together, and then refrigerate until ready to use.

3When using, it is best to let the pork rest in the marinade for several hours, or for best results, overnight.
