1/2 colive oil

1/2 corange juice

1 Tbspwine vinegar

1 tspsalt

1 tsponion, chopped very fine

1/4 tspginger
How To Make orange glaze for chicken

1Combine olive oil, juice, vinegar and salt. Crush onion with back of wooden spoon, blend with ginger. Add to the juice mixture.

2Marinate chicken pieces in the sauce for 1 hour or longer. Baste chicken with marinade, either over charcoal or under the broiler.

3Very tasty.
