Ingredients For orange glaze for chicken

  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 1/2 c
    orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    onion, chopped very fine
  • 1/4 tsp
    ginger

How To Make orange glaze for chicken

  • 1
    Combine olive oil, juice, vinegar and salt. Crush onion with back of wooden spoon, blend with ginger. Add to the juice mixture.
  • 2
    Marinate chicken pieces in the sauce for 1 hour or longer. Baste chicken with marinade, either over charcoal or under the broiler.

    Very tasty.
