Ingredients For mustard-rosemary marinade (all seafood & meats)

  • 2 Tbsp
    minced tender rosemary leaves
  • 4 clove
    garlic, finely minced
  • 1/3 c
    dijon mustard (i would use seeded mustard instead)
  • 1/3 c
    dry white wine
  • 1/3 c
    fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 c
    oyster sauce
  • 1/4 c
    honey
  • 2 tsp
    hot sauce

How To Make mustard-rosemary marinade (all seafood & meats)

    Mix together in non-reactive bowl, stir well.

    for all seafood and meats.

    Note: this should be used the day it is made. Try brushing on any meats, seafood or veggies that go on skewers and grilled or broiled.
