Ingredients For mustard-rosemary marinade (all seafood & meats)

2 Tbspminced tender rosemary leaves

4 clovegarlic, finely minced

1/3 cdijon mustard (i would use seeded mustard instead)

1/3 cdry white wine

1/3 cfresh squeezed lemon juice

1/4 coyster sauce

1/4 choney
-
2 tsphot sauce

1Mix together in non-reactive bowl, stir well.

2for all seafood and meats.

3Note: this should be used the day it is made. Try brushing on any meats, seafood or veggies that go on skewers and grilled or broiled.
