  • 1/2 c
    pineapple juice
  • 1/3 c
    soy sauce
  • 1 clove
    garlic or 1/2 t garlic powder in substitution
  • 1 tsp
    powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp
    ground ginger

How To Make meat tenderizer, mom

  • 1
    Mix well and submerge meat in sauce until desired tenderness. Remove and cook as desired.
