Ingredients For korean marinade

2 Tbspvegetable oil

1/2 cgrated onion

6 clovegarlic minced

1 Tbspgrated ginger

1/2 cgreen onions white and light green parts only

1asian pear peeled and grated

6 Tbspsoy sauce

1/4 ceach saki and mirin

2 Tbsptoasted sesame oil

1/3 csugar

1 Tbspgochujang

1 Tbspfish sauce
How To Make korean marinade

1Add oil to sauce pan and add the onion, garlic, ginger, green onions and pear and saute until softened.

2Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Let come to room temperature.

3Puree in food processor until smoothened. Use the marinade on any meat or seafood.
