Ingredients For honey-chipolte marinade

  • 1 c
    orange juice
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c
    ketchup
  • 1/4 c
    firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
    honey
  • 4
    chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    adobo sauce from canned chipotle peppers
  • 1 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt

How To Make honey-chipolte marinade

  • 1
    In the container of a blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth. Cover and store in the refrigerator up to 3 days. Prior to cooking, marinade meat 2-3 hours.
