Ingredients For grilling marinade / sauce

1/2 cred wine vinegar

1/3 cworchestershire sauce

1 1/4 cblack coffee (extra strong)

1 can(6 ounces) tomato paste

1/4 citalian salad dressing

1 Tbsplemon juice

1/8 tspcayenne pepper

1/2 tspeach: salt, pepper, garlic powder

1 Tbspbrown sugar
-
1 stickbutter
-
1drop liquid smoke
How To Make grilling marinade / sauce

1Put all ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Turn heat down ans simmer for 1/2 an hour. Let cool. Put into 1 quart canning jar (any jar with a lid will do). Refrigerate until needed. Keeps well for about a week.

2When ready to use, Put the desired amount into a bowl along with a little water to thin it out if needed. Place meat in the bowl. Coat the meat well. Cover bowl and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

3Put the marinated meat on the grill and baste with this marinade a few times while cooking.

4*** This is very tasty and helps tenderize the meat. *** I use this on beef steaks and pork steaks.
