Most dry rubs contain chili powder, which my husband does not care for at all. So I created an all-purpose dry rub to be used on grilled meats.

Ingredients For ginger's dry rub

2 Tbspsalt

2 Tbspblack pepper

2 Tbspgarlic powder

1 1/2 Tbsppaprika, sweet mild

1 Tbspground thyme

1/2 -1 tspcayenne paper
How To Make ginger's dry rub

1Mix all spices together and use a whisk or fork to blend well.

2Sprinkle onto meat and massage with fingers. Chill covered 30 mins. - overnight.
