I got this off food network...If you've ever watch Emeril Lagasse cook, you know he uses this in almost everything :) A little Essence here, a little Essence there, a little Essence everywhere! Super yummy on pork roast, loins or tender loins.

Ingredients For emeril's essence

  • 2 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    onion powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    paprika
  • 1 Tbsp
    pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1 Tbsp
    thyme, dried

How To Make emeril's essence

  • 1
    Mix all together and store in air tight container/shaker bottle.
