easy chicken marinade

We've been using this each summer when we grill. The chicken comes out incredibly moist and full of flavor - I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Ingredients For easy chicken marinade

  • 3/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1/3 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c
    red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    dry mustard
  • 1 tsp
    finely minced parsley
  • 1 pinch
    salt and pepper

How To Make easy chicken marinade

  • 1
    In a medium bowl, mix together oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, wine vinegar, and lemon juice. Stir in mustard powder, salt, pepper, and parsley. Use to marinate chicken before cooking as desired. The longer you marinate, the more flavor it will have. GRILL!
