Ingredients For chinese marinade (for all seafoods & meats)

  • 1 c
    hoisin sauce
  • 3/4 c
    plum sauce
  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1/3 c
    white or red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    dry sherry
  • 1/4 c
    honey
  • 1/2 c
    minced green onion
  • 6 clove
    garlic, finely minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    finely minced ginger
  • 1/4 c
    sesame seeds, toasted

How To Make chinese marinade (for all seafoods & meats)

    mix together in non-reactive bowl, stir well.

    This can be made up to 1 week ahead, and kept in the fridge. Try brushing on any meat, seafood, or veggies, putting on skewers and grilling or broiling.
