Ingredients For chinese barbecue sauce

  • 3 Tbsp
    hoisin sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    apricot preserves
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    peanut oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    oyster sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    dry sherry
  • 1 tsp
    chili with garlic
  • 1/4 tsp
    5-spice powder
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced

How To Make chinese barbecue sauce

    Mix in a saucepan until melted. Brush on chicken or pork to barbecue.
