I love HOT food so I have created this HOT Sauce which is VERY versetile. I have seved it alone or mixed in with shrimp or meat and always get alot of compliments

Ingredients For chile sauce

1 pkgchile de arbol
-
1 pkgchile tepen
-
1/2 pkgnew mexico dried chiles
-
3 mdfresh jalapenos

2 lgtomatoes
-
1 pinchof salt

1 smhabanero
How To Make chile sauce

1Toast Chile de arbol, chile tepen and New Mexico dried chiles until they are nice and toasted do not burn

2boil fresh jalapenos tomatoes and habanero

3let everything cool and pour into the blender add salt use some water from where you boiled the tomatoes

4blend for about 3 minutes pour into a glass jar and use on what ever you want
