I don't remember where I got this recipe, but I have been making it for many years. My family and friends really enjoy it.

Ingredients For chicken marinade

3/4 ccooking oil

1/3 csoy sauce (i use low sodium)

2 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 tspdry mustard

1 tsppepper
-
1 tspparsley (i use dried)

1/4 cwine vinegar (red or white)

3 Tbsplemon juice
How To Make chicken marinade

1Mix all ingredients together in a large plastic bag and mix well. (Sometimes the dry mustard stays in little pieces). Add up to 6 chicken breasts. Let marinate 12 hrs. or overnight for maximum flavor. When ready to cook, discard marinade.

2I sometimes double the recipe and add chopped red, yellow and orange peppers, and whole fresh mushrooms.

3I grill the chicken outside and put all the veggies in a grill basket. Then I serve it over rice.
