I make this for chicken tenders I put on the grill. I works for other meats as well;but we like it on chicken the best.

Ingredients For carribean marinade

1/4 colive oil

1 Tbsppaprika
-
1 tspgarlic salt (or powder)

1 tspground ginger
-
1/4 creal lemon juice
-
1 Tbsphoney
-
1 tsporegano leaves
-
1/2 tsphot sauce (to taste)
How To Make carribean marinade

1Combine all ingredients into a large measuring cup. Mix well.

2Place meat/poultry into a glass dish OR a ziplock plastic bag. Pour marinade over meat, coating entirely....You can save some back for basting if needed.

3Marinate for several hours to over night. Grill as usual.

4If you use garlic powder rather than salt it lowers the sodium content.
