I made this just by putting seasonings together..This was the best that i put together..I made this back in 2000 ..To us this was the best..Hope you like it..I put this under marinades because there is no category for seasonings ..

Ingredients For blackening seasoning

  • 1/4 c
    paprika
  • 3 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    onion powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    celery salt
  • 1 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp
    ground thyme
  • 1 Tbsp
    ground cumin
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder, hot
