At the end of summer, I try to use up all the herbs I have in my garden. One of the things I enjoy making is my Herb Butters. Today's recipe is Basil, but you can use any herb you desire. Mix and match, have fun!

Ingredients For basil butter

  • 1 stick
    butter soften
  • basil fresh chopped ( to taste )
  • lemon peel grated ( to taste)
  • MIX ALL INGREDIENTS WITH BUTTER UNTIL WELL I N CORPERATED.

How To Make basil butter

    Load in plastic wrap, zip lock bag or wax paper, and form tube.

    Make sure all air is out of tube.

    Freeze up to 6 months. ENJOY!
