barb's pork marinade

This is a fantastic marinade and I assume you could use on other meats as well, but it is fantastic on pork!

method No-Cook or Other

Ingredients For barb's pork marinade

  • 3/4 c
    pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce
  • 1 tsp
    garlic, or 2 cloves, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp
    powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    ground ginger

How To Make barb's pork marinade

  • 1
    Mix well and use as marinade. Barb used for pork.
