asian inspired ginger-garlic marinade

I threw this together with things I had in my kitchen, and it was AMAZING! It can be used on everything! Fish, shrimp, venison, steak, chicken, and pork! NOTE: If you don't really like honey, you can use a few tablespoons of brown sugar instead. :)

Ingredients For asian inspired ginger-garlic marinade

1/3 csoy sauce

4 Tbsphoney or brown sugar

2-3 Tbspminced garlic

1 Tbspfresh ginger or ginger paste

2 Tbspchopped green onions

1/2 Tbspground black pepper

1/4 csake

juice of 1 lime
How To Make asian inspired ginger-garlic marinade

1Put all ingredients into a large bowl, and whisk everything together until honey (or sugar) has completely dissolved.

2Marinate meats and seafood at least 2 hours or overnight in the fridge.
