Ingredients For tomato jam

1/4 tspcumin

1/4 tspground cinnamon

1 pinchground clove

1/8 tspcayenne pepper

1/8 c(1 oz) brown sugar

1 oz(fl oz) honey

1 oz(fl oz) cider vinegar

1/4 oz(fl oz) olive oil

1 tspginger root, grated

2 tspgarlic, minced

1 lbtomato concasse, chopped

as needed salt and pepper
How To Make tomato jam

1In a saucepan, combine all ingredients, except the tomato concasse. Place the pan over medium heat and cook until the ingredients have reduced to a glaze.

2Once reduced to a syrupy glaze, add the tomato concasse. Cook the tomatoes until broken down but still chunky. Season with salt and pepper.
