I got this recipe out of a Ball Book for canning. It is my favorite and I look forward to it every year when I can. I hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients For strawberry kiwi jam

3 ccrushed strawberries

3kiwi fruit peeled and diced fine

1 Tbspminced crystallized ginger

1 pkgpowdered pectin
-
1 Tbsplemon juice

5 csugar
How To Make strawberry kiwi jam

1Combine strawberries, kiwi, ginger powdered pectin and lemon juice in a large saucepot.

2Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.

3Add sugar, stirring until dissolved.

4Return to a rolling boil. Boil HARD 1 minute, stirring constantly.

5Remove from heat and skim foam if necessary.

6Ladle hot jam into hot jars. Leaving 1/4 in of headspace.

7Process 10 minutes in a boiling water canner.
