What an exciting change, to mayo. I made Turkey, Ham and Swiss cheese Finger sandwiches with the raspberry mayo, what a tasty experience. This went along to the Football game also.

Ingredients For raspberry mayo

  • 1 c
    good-quality mayo
  • 1 Tbsp
    freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    raspberry preserves
  • 1/2 tsp
    fresh lemon zest
  • 1/8 tsp
    freshly ground black pepper

How To Make raspberry mayo

  • 1
    Mix the mayo.lemon juice, raspberry preserves, lemon zest and pepper in a bowl. Use on sandwiches. Enjoy
